What is it about?

Human resources management practices could be important levers so as to develop, sustain, and increase organizational commitment among International Organizations' employees. Based on a quantitative survey of more than 1000 IOs' employees, this article highlights some HRM levers aiming to increase OC.

Why is it important?

Few scientific articles already dealt with this topic so far. But organizational characteristics and human resources management practices are important factors which may greatly affect work outcomes, such as organizational commitment. Therefore, the identification of such factors is of great importance.

Perspectives

Having such quantitative data concerning International Organizations was a great challenge. It is the first article dealing with an important amount of questionnaires collected in International Organizations. Therefore, we are confident that the results are a bit innovative.
