Nanocrystals improve the PK and therapeutic response of albendazole in dogs

What is it about?

Albendazole is a very hydrophobic powder, so we formulate nanocrystals that are capable of redisperse in aqueous medium. This produced an increase in the fraction of drug dissolved in the stomach and therefore its absorption, improving the pharmacokinetics and finally, the therapeutic response in naturally parasitized dogs.
