Why is it important?

While the circumstances of stable groups or groups within organizations are well studied, the temporary groups(groups working together a limited and often very short time) have received less attention. Various temporary groups are increasingly common (e.g. innovation camps and co-ideation events) and it is important to shed light also on such groups.
