The thermal tolerance of photosynthetic tissues: a global systematic review and agenda for future research

What is it about?

Plants across the globe will be increasingly exposed to extreme temperature events. We reviewed both where and how researchers measure the tolerance of both natural and agricultural species to these extremes. We highlight key research priorities, including increased research on heat tolerance, and unifying methodological approaches between fields.
