Why is it important?
This study helped understand which demographics impacted empowerment levels. Likewise, it also provided a relationship among the three variables investigated. The results can be used as a baseline in developing modules, training, workshop, and seminars to help improve nurses' empowerment levels.
Perspectives
Nurse empowerment has always piqued my interest. My personal experiences at work and my exposure to our local nursing leaders have led me to delve into this topic more. As a starter, I have always been curious about the factors that increase a nurse's empowerment level. It seems that there is a missing link on the demographics that can be associated with empowerment levels. Hopefully, this study has answered the issue. Upon completing this research, this study has inspired me more to dig deeper into exploring nurse empowerment.
