Why is it important?

In summary, the short versions of PCFT‐I provide a highly reliable quantitative measure of overall cognitive functioning in Italian adults and elderly with DS and other forms of ID across a range of ages and of ID severities.

Perspectives

We suggest that this instrument may be a useful addition to the informant‐based screening questionnaires such as DLD and DSQIID
