Why is it important?

Studies indicate that it takes 17 years for the research to be used in practice. The strategies offered in this article can be useful to decrease this time duration.

Perspectives

If we all keep doing research and publishing in journals and no body uses the findings, then the research seems useless. It is important the nursing students who are pursuing their doctoral start thinking about how to increase the uptake and use of their research
