What is it about?
This paper particularly considers the deadline-controlled message delivery in a delay-tolerated network (DTN), aiming to reduce the buffer occupation in each message-deliver node. We also give the theoretical solution of the delivery delay using the Delay-Differential Equations (DDEs).

Why is it important?
This is the first work that uses the DDEs theory to describe the deadline-constrained message dissemination in DTNs.
