Why is it important?

Organisations face crises and rapid digital changes. This article consolidates scattered “positive” leadership ideas into one testable framework, the APL model spanning purpose, resilience, ethical relationships and technology use. The goal is to help leaders strengthen wellbeing, inclusion and performance in today’s hybrid workplace settings.

Perspectives

We hear about positive leadership a lot, but seem to have many different understanding of it. I wanted to make sense of what it means in the current workplace, and how it can be useful for leaders.
