What is it about?

We discuss the growing issue of trust in academic research, shown by the rise in retractions and cases of misconduct. We offer the TRRUST framework (i.e., Transparency, Replicability, Reproducibility, Unified Ontology, Shared Culture of Science, and Trust and Values) to discuss how to enhance the credibility of human resource management research. We explain how specific methodological practices can enhance trust in research and provide practical steps to help researchers, such as sharing data, pre-registering studies, and independently reanalyzing data. Our recommendations are clear and useful for new and experienced researchers, encouraging them to adopt transparent practices and produce more credible research.
