Human capital and entrepreneurial intentions: do entrepreneurship education and training provided by universities add value?

What is it about?

This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial education and training, perceived human capital and entrepreneurial intention of University students. Results revealed that entrepreneurial training and education has a significant positive effect on intention to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Furthermore, human capital was found to have a significant mediating effect in the aforementioned relationship.
