What is it about?
This research explores how companies can boost their environmental sustainability through specific workplace strategies. We studied 448 managers in the industrial sector to understand how being adaptable, sharing knowledge, and having flexible product development can lead to more environmentally friendly products. Our findings reveal that companies that are quick to adapt, actively engage with customers and suppliers, and can swiftly alter their products to meet new demands are better at creating sustainable innovations. These practices not only help the environment but also strengthen the company's market position.
