What is it about?
This study looks into how using Universal Design (UD) principles can change service environments to make them better for everyone. It examines how these principles help include more people and improve the overall community welfare across different areas like shopping, digital services, and education. The research highlights how applying UD makes experiences better for consumers, especially those with diverse needs, by making services accessible and welcoming to all. The findings suggest ways businesses can apply these ideas to be more inclusive. The study is important because it shows how designing with everyone in mind can create a more inclusive society where everyone feels valued and included.
