Trapped in informality: a transformative service study of refugee women’s labor in Colombia

By applying Transformative Service Research (TSR), the study underscores the urgent need for policy reforms, skill recognition programs, and equitable labor protections to enhance the quality of service work and create sustainable economic opportunities for refugee women.
