What is it about?
We investigate the mental health treatment journeys of stigmatized consumers who turn to social media platforms to offer information, peer experiences, and support. Our findings identify multiple decision points and barriers that affect effective mental health treatment which inform new ways to interact with consumers receiving mental health treatment.
