Why is it important?

This paper responds to the need for a deeper comprehension of the mechanisms via which individuals with disabilities can be effectively facilitated in their pursuit of entrepreneurship. Specifically, it seeks to identify the various aspects that contribute to providing support in this context. This study enhances understanding of the connection between entrepreneurial passion and intention by examining this relationship among individuals with physical disabilities. This investigation is particularly significant due to the presence of substantial barriers faced by individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the study focuses on a developing country context where entrepreneurship may be driven more by necessity rather than passion. This study highlights the significance of cultivating entrepreneurial passion and offering inclusive and easily accessible entrepreneurial support programmes as effective means of facilitating and supporting the entry into entrepreneurship for individuals with disabilities.
