What is it about?

We explore the nature of digital service innovation (DSI) and describe the process and the elements (phases, actors, functions and interactions) that make it up. Our analysis shows that DSI in digital service platforms is synonymous with co-innovation and we show how co-innovation occurs, using hybrid agile methodologies and with the coordination of multiple actors and interactions.
