A bibliometric review on sustainable human resource management (1982–2023)

What is it about?

We analyzed a large number of papers regarding sustainable HRM, also known as green HRM, that were published between 1982 and 2023. Even though it's a hot topic, we discovered that it's still a novel concept. These articles frequently center on the environment, demonstrating the need for businesses to consider more environmentally friendly hiring and training practices. Our study contributes new knowledge about the direction that sustainable HRM is taking and demonstrates the significance of firms considering the environment when making personnel decisions.
