What is it about?
We explore how employees' feelings about their job are influenced by their bosses' proactive work behavior. We find that employees with a proactive personality tend to feel more satisfied in their jobs on weeks when their bosses take charge, while less proactive employees do not experience benefits when their bosses take charge.
