Is it “just” planning? Exploring the integration of social justice education in an elementary language arts methods course thematic unit

What is it about?

In this study, we explored how much pre-service teacher candidates would incorporate social justice education in a multidisciplinary thematic unit. The findings will help us plan for more effective teacher education to prepare more social justice minded teachers.
