What is it about?
The study aims to understand how perceived spiritual leadership style will improve voice behaviour (raising constructive criticism) and thus lead to higher intention to stay with the organization. The study was conducted among employees in Information Technology sector where attrition rates are very high. Results reveal that when employees experience higher hope, vision and altuistic love, they engage in higher voice behaviour and stay with the organization.
