What is it about?

This study helps to understand how two different forms of knowledge, professional and cultural knowledge, are shared between two groups with inter-depended interests. We found that three key knowledge sharing practices are related to three forms of reciprocity: Reciprocity of mutual understandings; reciprocity of support; and reciprocity of interventional actions. This means that the consideration of these three forms of reciprocity supports knowledge sharing practices.
