What is it about?
This study explores how competition within a multinational enterprise(MNE) influences cross-border interpersonal knowledge sharing, revealing a U-shaped relationship. Findings indicate that low to moderate levels of competition hinder knowledge sharing, while moderate to high levels enhance it. By challenging traditional linear assumptions, the research highlights the dynamic effects of competition intensity on knowledge sharing within MNEs.
