What is it about?

We first analysed the "should" and "must" factors regarding the effect of knowledge sharing on organisational creativity by analysing the "requirements" with PLS-SEM. These requirements have been tested with seven hypotheses supporting the relevant literature. Then, drawing on the logic of necessity, we know that bottlenecks must be resolved for IT professionals to demonstrate high levels of organisational creativity. Bottlenecks are "must" attributes that must be prioritised. Using input from PLS-SEM, we used NCA to identify critical "must" attributes that needed attention.
