What is it about?

The character of entrepreneurs, their cognitive styles, personality traits often creates a self-destructive web of traps during the transition from a nascent start-up to an organization capable of sustained and profitable growth. This study tries to unearth reasons behind the premature scaling of start-ups so that start-up founders can try eliminating nonperforming mindsets and attitudes, and make efforts to do what doesn’t come naturally to them.
