Why is it important?

Our findings suggest that usually the higher value is gained from the workplace concept than it was initially expected. Also we found out that more value attributes were gained if the workplace strategy is oriented towards employees and human capital instead of cost saving. These results can be useful for real estate professionals when forming workplace strategies in their organisations or advising organisations regarding the benefits of workplace concepts.
