What is it about?

Digital transformation isn't just about using new technology; it also requires changes in strategy, organizational structure, and leadership. This study focuses on Malaysia's goal of helping 800,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) become digital by 2025. Using a model that looks at technology, organization, and the environment (TOE), the study explores what factors lead to digital maturity and how being digitally mature can improve business performance. The study also examines whether digital maturity plays a role in enhancing business performance.
