What is it about?
The number and sizing of logistics warehouses have grown substantially over the past decade, affecting citizens across many per-urban regions. We assess the drivers of this development and provide a framework for policymakers and corporate leaders to better handle the potentially negative spatial, ecological, and social dimensions of this warehousification.
