What is it about?

This study examines the influence of the spiritual leadership style of the manager, interpersonal justice and voice behavior, on employee intention to stay with the organization. The study adds to theory development in the area of spiritual leadership and its outcomes by examining the proposed framework through the lens of the self-determination theory of intrinsic motivation and social-exchange theory. Implications concerning facilitating and nurturing the attitude of raising constructive criticisms and its outcomes are elaborated, thus striving to fill a gap in the existing literature.
