What is it about?
Scholars have attempted to address some of the problem with performance management, however, there is mounting dissatisfaction with the process. The most glaring yet unaddressed problem with perfromance management is poor employee acceptability. If the research gaps are addressed, the lack of acceptability of the process could be resolved, and more effectively managed in the future.
