What is it about?

This research shows that Lean Manufacturing practices influence employee well-being both directly and indirectly through job characteristics. Specifically, task, knowledge, and social aspects play a mediating role. This study is unique in its focus on employee well-being in the context of Lean Manufacturing, offering insights for managers to enhance work design by optimizing tasks, social interactions, and work environments during LM implementation, ultimately improving employee well-being.
