What is it about?
Women in Sub-Saharan Africa find it generally difficult to excel in formal entrepreneurship. To address this, our study highlights the buffering roles of perceived support on the adverse effects of power distance cultural orientation on formal entrepreneurial participation among women, specifically, female students in Ghana.
