What is it about?
When school principals exhibit Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (POCB), teachers are likely to be more satisfied and committed to the school, and less inclined to leave their jobs or experience strain. We test this by examining teachers’ perception of their school principals’ extra-role behaviour and its significance in enhancing teachers’ job-related performance outcomes and attitudes.
