What is it about?
Neoliberal policies and practices have been pervasive in many education systems around the globe over decades. Yet, it is important for us to place particular emphasis on the local system and context in which neoliberalism is embedded; otherwise, we merely see its shadow. We show how the impacts of neoliberalism look like in the particular Hong Kong context.
