What is it about?

It was really interesting to discover influence on career plans of millennials, who lived and studied in the United Arab Emirates. This was because those students could work globally and thus, impact the international workforce. Their families, ability to work overseas, intentions to meet their values and risk-taking were important considerations. These findings have implications for career advising and recruitment of millennials for international work. Contains academic knowledge and practical implications about millennials in the United Arab Emirates, and their career intentions towards international employment.
