An integrated understanding of academics knowledge sharing behaviour

What is it about?

Given the scarcity of research on this particular area, the researchers extended the investigation by conducting a study among the academics of Malaysia and Bangladesh HLIs by identifying additional opportunities where the countries may benefit in the implementation of KSB. Through literature profiling and empirical approaches, the study highlights the significant determinants of KSB implementation among HLIs.
