Analytic evaluation of facilities performance from the user perspective: case study on a badminton hall

What is it about?

Research on the performance of facilities in badminton halls has not been common. Sports facility evaluation systems centered on users’ subjective feelings could hardly be found from the existing literature. We identified key performance indicators (KPIs) for badminton halls and, through a case study, illustrate how the facilities performance of a university badminton hall can be evaluated from the user perspective.
