What is it about?
Although employers are key decision makers in employment outcomes for individuals, they shift responsibility for integration of self-initiated expats to others (namely, the expat themselves, the government, and training institutes). Employers also indicate that government organized documentation explicitly stating how to interpret or equate foreign education or language abilities would be helpful.
