What is it about?

Responsible talent management (RTM) construct and model which are both original and novel, argue that organizations’ talent attraction, development and retention management practices must be underpinned by the principles of corporate responsibility, inclusivity, and equity and equal employment opportunity in order to achieve sustainable employee outcomes such as employee well being and perceived decent work, which in turn enhance sustainable firm outcomes (organisational well being)
