What is it about?

Our study is the first to explore what matters most to UHNWI in choosing their private aviation (jets, helicopters, etc...) provider. Our resulting Private Aviation Experience framework (PAX) highlights how much the UHNWI customer experience differs from the commonly propose luxury CX. We demonstrate that traditional luxury drivers do not apply for the UHNWI segment, and introduce a new, most powerful, value dimension - time.
