What is it about?
This study looked at how effective different leadership training methods are for middle managers, an integral group within modern-day organisations. Using survey data from 200 managers, it was surfaced how coaching, leadership workshops, and group projects were the most effective, while traditional classroom sessions and case studies were rated lower. Many managers also reported feeling more motivated and confident after training. The study helps organisations understand which types of leadership training work best and how they impact managers’ motivation and perception of learning. This can potentially help companies to invest better in leadership training for their employees.
