What is it about?

This study analyzes the impact of digital learning orientation on individual's readiness for change and innovative behaviour. The study was conducted among students in higher education sector. Results revealed that there is a significant positive effect of digital learning orientation on innovative behaviour. Furthermore, there was a significant indirect effect through readiness for change. The study emphasizes the need for improved and effective use of digital tools among 21st century educational institutions.
