Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure as it is a part of my PhD research on the dynamics of family incivility and job satisfaction of doctors explained through burnout. Doctors play a crucial role in the mental and psychical well being of a country. Understanding their welling is thus even more important. In line with the sustainable development goal of increasing well being this study discusses the long term adverse effects of family incivility among doctors. More than anything else, and if nothing else, I hope you find this article thought-provoking.
