What is it about?

The paper is a literature review on ethical food and mainly on kosher certification. it is interesting for several reasons: firstly, kosher products are considered more and more as safer products, showing that ethical food is going to have a very strong impact on the market, even not bound to religious faiths. Secondly it opens up for firms new horizons of development for their processes and productions; thirdly, it opens the discussion to interesting comparisons with different kinds of ethical productions, linked with different cultures, as well as between scholars of different disciplines, thus enlarging the scope of the literature on ethical food.
