What is it about?

As more and more organizations and corporations become competitive, there is a search for innovative HR practices that would yield better performance of employees. We use job involvement as a proxy of HPWS in a developing context. It finds that HPWS positively mediates the HR practices and employee performance in MNCs in Ghana.
