What is it about?
During the early days of COVID-19, a Polish company came under fire online for sending protective masks to China. This study shows how fast-moving online debates created different groups with conflicting opinions, pressuring the company to respond quickly and adapt its actions to protect its reputation. It highlights how social media can reshape public accountability and influence corporate behavior in real time.
