What is it about?

A common challenge facing academic librarians is teaching basic information literacy skills in an engaging manner. In this case study, students enrolled in a required first-year politics course were asked to participate in a weekly blog exercise. Each week, a different research skill was addressed. We concluded that this model showed promise as a means to develop student information literacy ability.
