What is it about?
Energy poverty affects more than 50 million people in Europe. However, efforts by different actors to tackle this complex problem appear to be insufficient. This conceptual paper proposes a new social intrapreneurship bridge department for energy companies to mitigate energy poverty. This department would enrich stakeholder practices and could help earmark vulnerable customers in the acceleration of just energy transitions.
