What is it about?

This research focuses on corporate social responsibility in the context of libraries based on their growth in the last two decades. A thorough literature review was conducted to identify the themes and factors of library corporate social responsibility derived from models, best practices, and related studies. The dimensions and factors were categorized under four dimensions the community, workplace and employees, environment, and stakeholders dimensions. Each dimension contains a set of well-utilised and best-predicted factors related to the themes.
