What is it about?
Due to the emergence of an agentic and self-career management perspective, every employee is self-responsible to proactive manage their career. Currently, organizations are not providing life-time employment opportunities to their employees. they are just offering employees training & development opportunities. Therefore, such a situation emerged with career shocks to employees. we show for the first time how career shocks (positive and negative) directly and indirectly affect employee proactive career behavior of banks employees.
